About Dr. Ian Bulow
Dr. Ian Bulow is a sought-after clinician, speaker, and educator within the field of chiropractic. With advanced board certifications and leadership roles within the profession, Dr. Bulow travels and teaches other chiropractors and chiropractic students on how to better serve their patients.
Located just north of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Dr. Bulow runs the Revive Upper Cervical Chiropractic clinic which sees patients from all over the Western Pennsylvania region.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, high clinical standards, and a sincere dedication to his patients, Dr. Bulow is a unique professional within the healthcare marketplace. Patients are never left to feel “like a number” in the Revive UCC clinic, and Dr. Bulow works with other like-minded professionals in the region to ensure high levels of patient success.

The Upper Cervical Chiropractor of the Year 2019
The ICA Council On Upper Cervical care represents all of the major board certifications within the field of upper cervical care. Each year the profession nominates award recipients, and the final selections are decided by the board of directors for the council on upper cervical care. The award for Upper Cervical Chiropractor of the Year award is given in recognition of services and contributions, which have made a lasting impact in upper cervical chiropractic.

In 2013 Dr. Bulow began a 3-year post-graduate program in upper cervical care. This program took place at locations across the United States and was completed by just 20doctors of chiropractic. Of those 20 graduates, Dr. Bulow had the highest academic ranking and was appointed the valedictorian of his class.
The John Connolly Outstanding Graduate Award
Dr. Bulow was voted by his classmates to be one of the top 5 graduates in his Chiropractic graduating class at Palmer College of Chiropractic. These 5 candidates were interviewed individually by a panel of faculty at Palmer College and Dr. Bulow was selected to be the recipient of this very touching memorial award.
The Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractor of the Year
Dr. Ian Bulow is a member and past director of the Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic Society. Dr. Bulow is also an advanced level instructor for the Society and has taught the Blair upper cervical procedure to chiropractic students across the United States.
